No ...seriously ... No ...

No ..yep ..those 2 letters making the word "No" were enough to cause quite the stir in SL Fashion world. A certain someone put together an outfit using pink as the theme color and well Gogo posted the picture and all she said was "No".

Of course how dare anyone express a negative opinion of anything anyone makes ! I mean seriously when someone makes something, you HAVE to love it. You HAVE to ..because they made it so it must be good ! it has to be good, you WILL love it !
Now Gogo posts a picture of an outfit a blogger or content creator has put together and says either "Yes" or "No" to them. You know, kind of the like the whole "Hot" or "Not" thing ? However the person who put together the below outfit was offended because he received a "No" from Gogo. Of course his fan club unless their fury all over a few blog posts and you know how it goes from there on. Your typical blog drama. Anyway, now let's have a look at the picture and judge for ourselves :

OK Seriously ? wow ... I mean what in the blue of the bluest hell is that ? When you put something like that together how can you not expect a negative response ? I would go on and say if you can't handle criticism then you shouldn't be in the fashion world of any sorts, however i can hardly justify a "No" as criticism. Gogo posted this picture just like she does with every other picture she posts, if the audience laughed at the outfit, that doesn't make Gogo an inconsiderate bitch. That just means the outfit sucks.

So people just lay off Gogo, if anything you should be thanking her for being so polite about this disaster of an outfit. You wanna know what some of us REALLY think of this outfit ? I don't think even Bozo the Clown would wear something like that...specially with that head of hair. So be grateful Gogo just said "No" ..there is a lot more she and everybody else could say about this one !
Ok since I ranted off about how horrific this outfit is, allow me to share how i would wear pink :

Well that is all I have to say for now. Until next time :)

ok first of all Crockett...The picture wasn't supposed to be fashionable and some people are so DENSE they didn't get that. Apparently many bloggers can't read they just look at the pictures. (idiots) The whole point of the picture AND the blog that Law made was in support of an anti bullying campaign. AND for the record...our campaign of YES supported the anti-bullying and did NOT have anything to do with Go Go! Gawd not everything in 2L or the feeds has to do with her. Some people need to seriously get over themselves!!!!

If that picture wasn't suppose to be fashionable ..then why get all upset over Gogo simply saying "No" ? and you seriously think a NO was bullying ? Who were you calling dense ?

Either way, someone put that outfit together and posted it. It is a disaster, peopel laughed at it, made fun the person who put it together. If it wasn't a serious fashion choice ...and it was meant to be a joke, then why get all upset because people treated it as a joke ?

Wow how can people continually miss a point? It wasn't meant to be a joke. It was meant to be a statement in support of something. Did you even read about the anti bullying campaign? It was a statement regarding pretty much the very same thing that happened to it.
For the record, I don't even know Lawless and I'm not in any clique, just an observer who did get the point.

Hasselhoff, is that you?
p.s.: Good job missing the point!

"No ...seriously ... No ..." I can't even begin to explain how far off course you are with this post. "No ...seriously ... No ..." Lawless & Winter have friends. It's easier to understand the difference when you have both. I'm not in either of their "Fan clubs" as you put it but I am good friends with both of them. Our blogs post were about bringing awareness to Anti-Bullying not to the person who thinks this is all about her. Get your facts straight and then blog.

Because holding something specific up and inviting everyone to agree with you, and pick it apart, is bullying, plain and simple. If she (and many others) had taken the time to read the post intent behind the photos, none of this would have happened. No one has suggested GOGO doesn't have a right to her opinion, the point is when its expressed in the way she has chosen, it becomes a free for all tear-apart fest. If all she wished to do, was voice an opinion, she would have done so in commenting only on his blog, but making it a plurk and putting it out for public comsumption, it is clear her motives are beyond voicing an opinion.
I also, expected more from you, not that my expectations matter to you, and now you can go ahead and bash me in the abusive method you have become know for.

You know, you looked pretty cool to me but the fact that you have bought into this whole thing from Gogo of, I'm being persecuted for having an opinion, when a) no persecution actually happened, her post was pre-emptive because someone told her what some bloggers planned to do and made assumptions based on that, and b) the point of the post that she held up for ridicule was about anti-bullying and how a person should have the right to wear whatever they want, in sl or rl. Morever, the whole point of pink was that the origins of the anti-bullying event were towards a guy who dared to wear a pink shirt to school. One of the things he was called, was HOMO. Why don't you tear yourself away from pretending Gogo's butt scrapings don't stink and actually READ the point. Nobody even linked to her or her stupid bullying idiotic foolish plurk. They mostly linked to the original post from Lawless OR they linked to the pink shirt website. If you had bothered to read even one post and followed that link you wouldn't look as if you have nothing between your ears but air.

Furthermore, the fact is that when you hold up someone's work, someone's name, someone's outfit, someone's person at all to ridicule this is not expressing an opinion. That is a type of bullying, most of us like to think we left that type of behavior back in kindergarten. So, for Gogo to hold up that picture which was whacky to make a point, to in fact try to bully others, is both sickly ironic but also just plain dumb.

Now you're dumb too. Happy?

Wonders why they waited until March to celebrate Pink Shirt Day. The rest of the world celebrated it on February 25th. Hmmmm

A date doesn't matter, Wilma. It's the message. Honestly, it's sickening that people think we have to choose a date to stand up for what we believe in or if we want to celebrate something good about humanity.

People are upset because those saying 'no' are completely overlooking the point. Using the excuse that it wasn't serious fashion to trash it is simple minded, as bad as the psychologist explaining away unethical behavior because the client asked for it. It wasn't "serious" in that it a.) wasn't his normal style, and b.) was underscoring how looking different than others and going outside the norm is apparently an invitation for some people to demean them.

Hey Green,

Give it up, like I said on Winter's blog, anyone with a couple of active brain cells can easily tell the purpose behind the event. So just give it up.

Oh please, you have no sense of style at all.

YOU SAID - "well Gogo posted the picture and all she said was "No". "

Perusing the Plurk text, that wasn't ALL she said. If you're going to tell a story, get it right :-(

A white suit and a pink shirt. Breaking fashion boundaries there... that must be why they pay you the big bucks. I guess I'd have to go with what started this for your outfit... No!

As for the biker one you did with the rl pictures... that had me and my rl friends in stitches. You are so not fashionable in either life.

He's just a wannabe in SL and in RL. He contributes nothing to Second Life but negativity and drama. He hangs out with people who are talented and well liked in the virtual sphere in hopes that some of their virtual "fame" (and I use that term loosely for sake of argument) will rub off on him. It's pathetic.
His hair looks like a bad version of Chris "Kid" Reid from back in the 90's, his nose is serious a shnoz/beak, and the rest of his face looks like...well lets just say only his mommy could love it.

I have nothing against being gay, Sands, so you should embrace your homosexuality, and come out of the damned closet already!
